MOVEMENT EXPERT & EMBODIMENT COACH

A natural progression from movement in the Pilates studio, I’ve introduced embodiment coaching to my practice. Embodiment is a style of coaching that accesses the body as a tool to gain clarity around what we deeply want and need. During 15 years of client work I've found that clients needed to become clearer within themselves to release pain and blockages within their bodies and lives. Today, with abundant external stimulus, we’ve lost the skill to turn inward and become clear about what we really want, and what to do about it. Here, you can relearn that skill.
